Well, had a Herman and Debbie day today! Topped the hill coming into Marble Falls from Burnet and a highway patrol was sitting there. And the lights came on! There was not doubt in my mind it was for me. Herman said "I told you to slow down", I said "It is 70 in here and I was am doing 65!" Highway patrolman told me he stopped me for speeding, so handed him my license and insurance. As he was going back to his car Herman is saying rather loudly "I think you should throw her in jail" (sheesh), after checking everything, he comes back and tells me he is only giving me a warning. I am graciously telling him "thank you officer, thank you" (I resisted that need to hug him!) and Herman is over there smooching his lips! There are some days he just needs to be left at home!
