Well i just got an email back from the questions I sent on 11th feb re agencies!! To be honest I didnt really expect a reply and was quite surprised that they had actually read it, which thdy must have as they quoted point I had raised. So while I am pleased they read and responded they didnt really answer my direct questions,although there is several links in the reply email which I have yet to look at. I will post the reply if phone will let me. Xx
