Well, if you can put down the NYTimes for a moment, Ill tell you it was a knockout of an evening. Last night in the 15th round the Rocky roster of ruffians (in order of appearance) went the distance with Danny Aiello, Joe Mantello, Harry Haun, Charles Nelson, Jeremy Jordan, Orfeh, Terrence McNally, Whoopi, Bobby Carnavale, Ralph Lauren, Michael Reidel, Aaron Harnick, James Cameron, Leonard Soloway, Jerry Zaks, Michael Mayer, Scott Landis, Kathleen Marshall, Burt Young, Wesley Snipps, Des McAnuff, The Shubert Organization, The Nederlanders, Michael Urie, Judy Jacksina, Bill Hutton, Richie Ridge, 467 producers, wives and children, and, of course, Sylvester Stallone THE Italian Stallion. I made it up. It rhymes ya see; Italian and stallion. A great effort by everyone at The Winter Garden.
