Well in 3 hours she will be down to 6 DAYS!!!.. can you BELIEVE this?? My hero gets to go home!!! Today was a normal, busy therapy day, now we are just WAITING......waiting to see if she passes her 2nd swallow test in the morning so she can finally have food and water.......waiting to see when they are going to take the other wires out of her mouth......waiting to see when new xrays will be done to see if her hand, wrist, ankle and foot are all healed and she can lose the splints.....and waiting to see if and when the feeding tube can be removed.from her stomach!!!! Have I mentioned we are waiting?? Lol. I am once again asking for some more prayers that the swallow test is good and my girl can get some real sustenance (rather than her steak in a bottle)!! She is getting so close.........!!!!
