Well isnt this just interesting. I received an apology from Simple Bank - that does my payroll deposit debit card. (Not associated with my job - just an easier option for me). After upgrading their system software a glitch deleted a file of debit of cards rendering the accounts associated with them unaccessible. I usually transfer funds over to my small town bank to pay bills as they come in. However with no access they were to issue a new card. Fine. However another system glitch deleted the request that was made - hence the card never arrived. A new request was made and supposedly on the Fed Ex truck. I reminded them that nothing in Iowa concerning mail service (sorry my postal friends) is quick. There is nothing express about Federal Express. So today still no card, no account access, and $50 gift put into the account I still cannot access. Bang head here on desk
