Well it has 3 weeks since Wattavue Pilot has had a very aggressive carcinoma cut out from the back foot, it is healing nicely, last week he had his 2 week chemo gel treatment and has one more next week. Hopefully vet will say last and we can start full healing and try and grow his feather back. I think it will be a big scare but hoping his feather will cover most. Thanks so much to WestVet at Anstead who have done a marvellous job and pray the cancer is gone forever. I must say I am getting quicker and better at bandaging has he moves it around a lot when I have to cut old bandage off and start new one.
