Well, it has been 35 years since I started my own consulting practice called Franchise Architects. Since then I have experienced ups, downs and side way economic turns along the way and just a few Presidents, Wars and Conflicts. I have been honored to have been selected to work with hundreds of companies all over the world. Then, in 1997 we created the Navigator to crack the code of the people part of growing a business (the most important part!) and it has turned into a World Class business serving over 170 brands. I have been blessed with two wonderful daughters and an incredible son in law and fabulous grandson . . . so far. Its been a fun and rewarding experience creating, growing and managing growth companies and prototypes from Disney to Apple, AT&T, HP and Sears. What will the future bring? More entrepreneurs with more great ideas and new concepts. Staying ahead of the times is what I have found the key to staying alive and prospering.
