Well, it seems my friend Kathleen Burton does not know me very well, for I seldom publicly commit to participating in these sorts of Facebook events...not that Im very public here to begin with. However, in the spirit of my ever expanding heart, she has nominated me to express my gratitude over the next five days in honour of World Gratitude Day. Today surely I am grateful for Kathleen and her challenge, for I do not often enough look at what I have to be grateful for...something I should consciously make an effort to do every day. Thank you my friend, it is a lesson I appreciate being reminded about, and makes me take some time out of my day for quiet contemplation. Being my brother Geoffs birthday today (happy bday bro...youll never see this you Facebook absentee), I am most grateful for him being around today after two heart and one gall bladder surgeries this year. It was great to talk to you today, and have you talk with mom too..she had a big smile today. Raising one for you bro!
