Well its official. Just said goodbye to the 2014 garden when I chopped up the LAST of the various (withered but still good) peppers, tomatoes, & celery. Its simmering away along with a few other ingredients & Ill soon add some wild shrimp to make it shrimp creole! I still have some root veggies, celery, kale & lettuces in the greenhouse & parsley that well be able to harvest periodically over the winter months. Time to really start thinking about a shift in menus & ingredients!
