Well...last night he ate at least 8 oz of filet, 2 shrimp, a big plop of mash potatoes, some small french fries and bread! He was so full after dinner but it was nice to finally see him starting to eat generous portions again! Now we are at the surgical center getting the screw turned to 20mm we were about 5mm short and they are also going to remove the rod. Last night after we turned the screw, Zachary was complaining his upper lip was numb and still complained this AM of the same. The doctor is preplexed..hoping it just disappears soon!!!! Lets hope this goes well. We should be out of here in a few hours.
