Well, no more walking for a while. Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot still hurting really bad some days. Going to keep up the exercises and icing and going back to the podiatrist on Sept. 8. Probably going to get another shot. As much as that shot hurts, I want to do whatever is necessary to get rid of this. Driving me crazy!!! You guys know how much I love working in the early hours of the morning. Hope everyone has a wonderful day and especially my Mom who turns 80 today.
