Well....on June 27 this smart Realtor who thought she did her homework checking on the contractor she hired....allowed the contractor from hell to start work on my backyard....what was suppose to take 1 week according to him turned into 8 weeks during which time he hit my home in 3 places with his bobcat, tore out my cable and att lines, tore up all of my sod, tore out all of my sprinklers, built my wall wrong so I had to call in a geo-technical engineer that was also an attorney to tell the contractor who has building walls around Atlanta for the last 37 years, very scary thought, how to install a retaining wall...gave him a check when he finally finished fixing one part of the wall and oh did I mention went over the property line with another wall and had to move the wall back. After I gave him the check he said he would be back the next day to finish fixing the walls per the engineers instruction and install the pavers, Guess what....never heard from him again, he walked off the job!!! To the rescue was my lawn fellow Andres who has been taking care of my property for 12 years and I might add caught and alerted me to many of the errors. Here is his beautiful work....I am sooooo lucky to know him and his crew who are some of the hardest working most polite group of men I have had the pleasure of knowing. And one last thing...thank you to my BFF who shall remain nameless who stepped in and helped every step of the way....you are a true gentleman
