Well on one of hottest days of the year, i decided to adorn my swimming shorts, went down to the beach with the full intentions of going in too the sea. It was sweltering, i trotted down, left the old converse on, let the sea come over my feet, & it was freezing. It is my metabolism, i just do not do cold water. Everyone just says run in, but i have never done that even out the Far east. Plus where i had my back operated on, i think it will be sensitive for ever more. So weak, meek ,shabby sheek, i aint going in.
