At noon today we were talking about the following bill, and one of the pastors said it actually needs to be brought up in prayer! It is HR 2847, passed back in 2010, to go into effect on 07/01/2014. The bill deals with foreign banks, etc. One of the provisions could have disastrous effect on the US dollar and economy. It is called FATCA (Forced Account Tax Compliance Act). It would force all foreign banks to comply with US banks. A blog, useconomicsoutlook2014, third post down, dated June 16, tells the story. (Confirmed by snopes.) Read it to be informed.
