Well....phoned AIB this morning to explain they took money out of Dads account in error. i cancelled card last year explaining what has happened. they refused to take my instruction to finally cancel account. dads in hospital , he cant talk, walk. they wouldnt cancel his account. they are a condescending crowd of idiots. if it was one of their directors.....we know what they would get.
