Well pretty wild ride today! As Heath was dropping me at the door of the hospital he then parked the car and took Isaac to the ER! Always some added excitement when we have stuff to do.....well its done my brain was put to sleep twice...what a trip...what an amazing procedure...I wish I could have taped the conversation we had, actually the education we had with the neuropsycologist today..talking to us in depth how the brain functions and then how mine functions...talking to us about the damages that epilepsy has on someones brain...the long term effects down the road of the scar tissue on my brain....and so much more..the reality of epilepsy. So whats the verdict??? Well Im a candidate for surgery! The only thing is mine may not be going in taking out and all done....mine may have to be more exploratory so they can be for sure that everything is localized. The neurosurgeon and my specialist will meet with me to go over what they would want to do or what they feel is the best way to approach this. Pretty great all around results today..and it looks like the future has a lot of great possibilities and also a lot of planning. ..feeling very greatful for so much tonight..my parents for always being there...isaac on his way to bouncing back..and so blessed that god has given some amazing people such talent and drive to fix so many things that seem impossible to manage.
