Well surgery went well ..... Painful but no spasms or numbness. Two hours after I asked to go potty and walk around. Been sitting up and trying to not get stiff in the lower back! The dr told Michael that surgery went well and should never have to do this again, however I have early stages of osteoporosis and I have arthritis .... So calcium and iron are going to be daily addition. But my goal is to teach dance again just a little bit. Thank you....
