Well talked to team PMLN member who is working to eradicate load-shedding.. They told me that current deficit is not a big issue... The real issue is matching the increasing demand of electricity in the upcoming years due to the industrialization friendly policies of PMLN.. So PMLN will continue to add electricity to national grid but demand continue to increase & deficit will always remain there unless one major dam is built which would take atleast 4 years..
