Well, the BMW bike is off to the dealer. Symptom, sporadic idea that it is red lining. Engine speed stays constant and the tach shoots to red line. Rev limiter kicks in. Shut the bike off with key and restart bike normally. Then few minutes later phantom red line returns. Oh well, tow truck tide to the shop. At least I have roadside assistance coverage and its under warranty. Must be a bad sensor or a computer bug. Its throttle by wire, so not a sticking cable. At least the scooter is treating me right. Ruck On!
