Well the cafe is now a year old! Its been an amazing year full of different experiences and fabulous people. The business has grown and developed and we are loving becoming an established place in the heart of Allesley. We just love having customers come through the door - both regulars, old friends and first timers! Were happy to have kept to our principles of using fair trade tea, coffee and chocolate (and sugar where we can) and using as much locally sourced or locally produced ingredients as possible. Were proud of our food and our service. Were also proud to provide a place that is welcoming a friendly to both our customers and our staff. I am so grateful to the staff who have worked at the cafe this year: Ally (my founder member!), Emma, Ben, Lynne, Abby, Ella, Matthew and Kiera with Simon and Janet contributing and Esther and Alex volunteering at different points. Reeta, my wonderful mother-in-law, has been a fantastic support and help and, of course, I couldnt have done any of this without my brilliant husband, Adi, who has been a tower of strength and a listening ear! A huge thanks to all who have encouraged, supported and prayed for us this year! We look forward to many more years of being a good and honest place and building the business in new and exciting ways. :) God bless! Becky
