Well, the first week of school is done! Yea!!! Driving a bus is fun and the kids have been great. I have worked out everyday except today. My bus is not air conditioned and the heat just saps me of all my energy. 3 hours in the heat in the afternoon is a little much for me right now. My body has to adapt to it, after all I use to move freight in this heat all day long just a few years ago. Today is the first day I have not had a soda pop in a long time. Yesterday Carol and I went to Fitness Evolution and had a meeting with one of the trainers. He evaluated us and helped us set up some goals towards our weight loss. It was a good meeting! I walked in the pool for an hour again, yesterday. I definitely feel better after I work out. My food still hurts but at least the pain is a little bit more bearable. Hopefully it will heal up and quit hurting soon.
