Well the pain has started. 5 in the morning awaking. Laying here thinking and thinking the anxiety builds the guy from bc assessments was here he walked thru the house with poop on his shoes 7 carpets. I pray he doesnt raise the value to much. Last years we had to put a new roof on the house it was so expensive since I moved here. I think about the stuff dad didnt do like his cooperate taxes for 13 years and I had to pay an accountant 10000$ then he wasnt supposed to be getting the home owners grant cause he had the house to the corporations name so I had to pay 10000$ for that. It cost 0ver 80000$ to clean up the property and then 100000$ to give to the nasty girl that claims shes my sister. I just think that all my disability that stand in my way how will I ever do this. Oh the pain drives me nuts with worry. Its been one battle after another, why? What the hell did I do. First the tenants that were suing my dad, then the sister, then the lady in b with the rat infested mobile that I had to hand demo with two friends and took a 10000$ loss. Then the owner of mobile a leaves me with a bill and now down the income and have to find something else to go there. Then tenant do 3600$ worth of damages and then arbitration rules in their favour some how. Now bc Assesment fight. I dont want anxiety I have to focus on getting our taxes done. This sucks
