Well this fn sucks..I just got a letter from my employer that one of student loans has ordered a wage garnishment starting the 3rd even though I have tried numerous times to get ahold of these people to set up some type of payment plan since they took over 6,000 from my taxes in Feb and either nobody answered or called me back! This is bs, I dont make enough as it is & now theyre going to take up to 15% of my check! I understand I have to pay back my student loans but when you try & nobody cooperates to set up a payment plan they shouldnt be able to just take your damn money with no notice!
