Well this is a tough post but here it goes...I first want to thank all my friends who have supported me and stood by me and my family over the last three years..it was a huge decision for me and my husband to open a retail spot in cobleskill then with the success of two of our businesses..we decided to open a restaurant..yes more hours..more work..more commitment..less fun..less family and friends time..but its our life..it is what we survive off of..its what helps us to have what we have and do what we can and support our family..its like everyone of you who get up and go to work everyday.its a commitment you make..I am blessed in so many ways..and we make the best of family time and friends time..we are not available most times but I just want all our friends and family to know that not a day goes by we dontint think of you all..this business IS the hardest most rewarding thing I have ever done or been involved in..was tough to take at first but love what I do and support my husband..and have my son a huge part is the very much a proud mom..and Danny our baker..and my father our manager who keeps us all in check..if I dont answer you calls our see you everyday please dont take offense and talk to me if you have an issue..my live and thoughts are with you all..xo..
