Lampards decision to quit London for the Big Apple signals the end of his 13-year association with Chelsea, the club he joined from West Ham for £11million in 2001. Frankie Lampard is a 35-year-old midfielder that has clinched 3 Premier League titles, 4 FA Cups, 2 League Cups, 1 Champions League and 1 Europa League and is Chelseas all time record scorer with 211 goals. Its heartbreaking but at the same time we knew it was coming within the last few seasons. Thank you for everything Frank, your loyalty, your commitment, your love, the excitement you brought us whilst watching you, the important goals scored, the 30 yard rockets well never forget. You were a role model to all generations of footballers and you kept fighting even through personally tough times, you were my all time favourite player for Chelsea and in the world and well never have a better midfielder than you, well all continue to support you in the MLS wishing you all the best. 💙 No.8 Super Frankie Lampard 💙
