Well to say I am fuming is an understatement !!! Went to The Range last week, shopped for 40 mins had some dinner in their cafe (45 mins) then another 30 mins shopping then quede to be served. Spent £200 !!!! Today get home and have a parking ticket for going over 2 hrs parking on their car park !!! £100 fine !! So Ive driven back and took pictures from the exact spot I parked and the walk into the store looking for those OBVIOUS SIGNS !!! And all they can say is its a private car park nothing to do with us.... Then we spot the small notice on the A board at the entrance, saying to let us know if your going to be longer than 2 hrs... so I ask the customer service desk what would happen if I told you I was going to be longer than 2 hrs. He says wed put your registration in the system so you dont get a ticket !!!!! How if its not your car park ?????
