Well today has been productive. I needed to paint my chimney, but when I went to inspect it, there were some boards that had rotted out. So I removed them, bought some replacements and painted the boards with Kilz. Then it was hurry up wait for the earth to turn close to dusk. I got back on the roof and replaced the boards. By that time I could see the sun almost at the horizon. Job well done, now I just need to prime and paint the chimney. Will do first thing in the AM.
