Well today is the last day for me as the administrator for the page as my time with the Cancer Society comes to an end. I want to give thanks to all of you following along and liking and sharing our materials. And thanks to all the student leaders and teachers who helped make the tan-free grad program a great success in its first year. Know you are helping to make a difference in the fight and we can help reduce skin cancer rates in our province. I see hope for Saskatchewan when you consider that in Australia they are seeing the rates of skin cancer declining in young people thanks in large part to the work they have done in awareness and through legislative measures. And we have already seen success in our province. Last week at the Queen City Marathon Health Expo someone was awarded a free tanning session from a business and that person asked for something else having heard about the risks of tanning at our table. Or I think of the very last girl out of the hundreds to sign the tan-free grad pledge this year. This girl was thinking about tanning for grad but chose not to because her friend was helping to run a tan-free grad and showed her what the danger is. There is more work to be done, but together we have made a difference. So stay tuned more information and stories to come. All The Best Brett
