Well, today would have been my sister Carolyn’s 46th birthday. Even after 15 years its still hard to believe she’s gone. Seems like yesterday we were cracking jokes. her sense of humor was just as off as mine . It was the stupid little things we did, like when one of us was talking to someone, the other would be behind their back making stupid faces to make the other laugh (the goal of course to maintain a straight face). Then, if the person happened to turn around we’d immediately switch roles. Later we’d laugh about it in our face Bart and Lisa Simpson voices. Just stupid things like that. When we were younger we fought like cats and dogs as siblings do, but in the end we were best friends, and would stick up for each other in a heart beat. Bill, I’m sorry if that extended to you for a while, but you WERE dating my sister lol. Seriously though, when she met you we were blessed with a new member of the family. We didn’t have her long enough. However, in the time we had her here, she made a difference. As a nurse, sister, daughter, wife as well as every other role she was in, she made the lives of the people she was around better literally and figuratively. Well, I better wrap this up; I have 6 minutes to post this before I’m sending a belated note. But hopefully Carolyn you’re proud of me for remembering a birthday without you having to buy the card for me Happy Birthday.
