Well update on projects here, house nearly finished, we have done the 2 porch floors & 2 lots of steps done. 1 more lot of steps to do & repair bit of lounge floor & wall where old fireplace & bricks where plus drains to do from sinks & bath to drain we are doing these. The sparky & plumbers have been awesome they have been onsite as soon as they can & we have changed our minds a few times with plumbers & they been awesome. We got power on at the house & water connected & sump & drains in & toilet connected just waiting on fireplace now. We only have a few days a week doin work on it & bits & pieces in between cause of them being on nightshift. It is so warm in that house even with small gap in wall at mo, hoping to do wall & floor dis weekend. Well cant do much planning for landscaping & fencing till other project is in which they where talking maybe this week but no will be the 12th of nxt mth they reckon bugger so stock cant have that bit of paddock till after nxt place is in cause of driveway to house goin around old firestation & plus if I put fences up will have to pull them down again for them to get in. We a bit guttered but cant do anything about it.. We have 1 full external wall cladding to do on firestation all the internal walls are fine & are goin to put a big ranchslider in just got it delivered 4.8 mtr long ranchslider & hopefully I have calculated right have all the cladding for it as well delivered. Power cable ready to go & sump here ready to go. Then all we got is painting external but house doesnt really need much. Well first time doin projects like this for us all but it is rewarding & knowing we have done it & put our time into it. PS last weekend turned hotwater on at house an it was funny 1 at a time walking over for a bath some of us have missed havin a good soak in a bath.
