Well, we fought the good fight but things just didnt quite go our way. After basically having to retune the car for altitude in one day after the first practice session, and fix boost/wastegate issues by cutting down the springs, we made better times on day 2. Gremlin reared their heads again Thursday when a timing chain noise started suddenly. We tried everything to fix it in the pits, including (with the help of the BBI guys - THANK YOU BETIM), fashioning a mechanical tensioner from a cut down punch. We put the car on a lift at Colorado Springs Porsche (Dave and Joe, we simply cannot thank you enough for your support this week and the use of the service bay!).
