Well, we have had a century or so of the feel-good "gospel" that so many cling to these days. Let us step back and look at the results. Crime, sin, immorality, carnality, wickedness, and overall Godlessness is at an all-time high. More people claim to know Jesus, yet fewer live like it. Tolerance of sin even within the church buildings is more rampant than ever. The world has a form of God, but it is just a mere impotent idol. We have allowed the world to try it their way long enough. Let us return to the old path and the old ways. Let us return to the true and living God of the Bible: the God that loves His children but does not tolerate sin within them; the God that loves His children but punishes those that do not follow Him with a great wrath of furious anger; the God that is in full control, and will be worshipped or else. Let us preach the full and true Gospel. We do people a great injustice when we fool them into a sense of security with lies and techniques designed to alleviate conscience and make people feel good about their sinful lives. Tell the truth, or you will be found guilty and suffer as well, as their blood will be on your hands. God does have perfect love for His people, but He also has another side we seem to omit.
