Well we thought wed go ahead with the little in-hand show this morning in the hope that at least half a dozen would turn up, and we just made over that number - BUT - for those who came they were an absolute credit to you. Apart from one very experienced show person (who was showing a new pony shed got only 2 weeks ago), the rest were all novices or total beginners and hopefully Kerry helped and advised them to carry on giving in-hand showing a go. Our champion was Carole Panayi with the 6 yo Section B Cadlan Valley Cascade with the reserve spot going to Michelle Richardson with her 9 year old TB Mister Socks. Sadly we had a couple of classes with no entries, but at least some of the classes had 4 in them to give the new competitors some competition. Many thanks to everyone who came and supported us today - especially on a Bank Holiday and thanks to Karen Gillett who made her debut as a ring steward. Hope to see those of you who came and more of you on Sunday September 14th.
