Well, well, well... Today is Day 90! I did all weight training today. 4 reps of 25 (70lbs) at 3 different stations. Ive come a long way, Facebook. I truly appreciate everyone that has come along this journey with me. From my first posting on Monday, April 28 until today. The support and encouragement has been wonderful and it played an enormous part in my success. Although I didnt reach my goal of 60lbs, Im extremely grateful and blessed to have reach 50lbs. As you all know, weight has a tendency to fluctuate, my lowest point over the past 90 days was 358 and if you recall I started this journey at 408. While Im a few pounds above my lowest point over the past 90 days, Im proud of what I accomplished!!! Im going to take tomorrow off from the gym but stay tuned for whats in store for me starting Monday. In the words of the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts, The work goes on, the cause endures, hope still lives and the dream shall NEVER die. I have approximately 30-50 more pounds that Id like to lose prior to the end of the year so on Monday, Ill kick off a new and exciting plan. I hope to take you all along this journey with me. Again I truly appreciate all of the support, encouragement and kind words. Love you guys for keeping me motivated and on track!!!!
