Well, well, well......what a delimma! I ordered a Kureg coffee maker from QVC on 11-18, it was shipped on 11-18 and UPS says they delivered it it to my house on 11-21 at 4:10 pm! Not delivered here. I filed a loss with UPS, they said it was most likely delivered to a house 2 houses up from mine and I had to call QVC and they closed the case. QVC said if I dont receive it by 12-1 they will refund the money or send out another one...which if it had been delivered properly I would be using it right now!! I am afraid to go up to the house that may have my Kureg, because they are scary people!! This guy is really scary and has mad gestures and hollered at people and makes threatening gestures and remarks at people. What to do, what to do!!
