Well what a loooong day ~took out turkey yesterday for dinner tonight & when I was trying to take the giblets and neck out of the turkey today , it was still fricken frozen, so had to run it under cold water forever , until it finally thawed 2hrs later , while doing the stuffing I didnt relize we didnt have enough poutry seasong , John had to go to a couple stores until he finally got some ! I had potatoes peeled and ready , brussell sprouts in a pot , finally finished of doing my stuffing for the turkey and ready to go in the oven by this time it was 5:30pm ...late dinner tonight we had dinner at 8:30 pm Indian time Lol :) ...but everything turned out perfectly fine ...and Clint Evans was here for dinner tonight , he also brought dessert ~Nanaimo Bars , grapes , and John bought watermelon , raspberries for desserts ! The kitchens all cleaned up , coffee is ready for the morning ...now quite time to myself , and John surprised me with a beautiful plant with red flowers :) ...was such a late dinner nobody had any desserts ..for future reference Ill take the turkey out two days ahead ...tired guess Ill get my beauty sleep , good night Facebook friends and family !
