Well what an interesting day. We had a successful journey to and back from Chicago. We were blessed to be able to share Graysons story on the Steve Harvey show this morning. It was a short segment but we are hoping that after all of the editing is done, those watching will know that the power of prayer is real, our God is awesome and there is always hope when you believe in HIM. It will not be broadcasted for 3-4 weeks but we will let you all know when that will happen. We are back safe and sound at Creamfield Farm and enjoying the rain. Grayson is a bit tired from all the hustle bustle today but he feels blessed to have had todays opportunity. Thank you all-doctors, nurses, therapists, family, friends, and prayer warriors for all you have done to support G and us along the way in this amazing journey. Sometimes I still feel like its all a dream or nightmare but when I look in those big brown eyes and see that smile (Steve Harvey is not the only one that can claim a million dollar smile) I know that this is all real and we are so very thankful and blessed for every day and we give all the glory to God but we know that you ALL played a major part in his unbelievable recovery. Well I have a lot of catching up to do around the house before I can rest. Tomorrow we are planning on heading to Nags head for the Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival for a few days. Hopefully the 3 of us can get some much needed R and R. Good night and blessings to all and please remember your prayers for Graysons leg and eye and for the others on this page. Also please pray for Chris in Ohio. We met his sister in the airport in Chicago. He is in the end stages of cancer and is on hospice. She was flying out to spend some time with him but the prayer at this point is for peace and comfort for him and his family. May we all remain #GWKstrong!!!!!
