Well, what can I say? It only took me 2 years to get this done! It was my crazy, hair-brained idea to take a picture of Patrice every single day from Day 1 when we received her as a CCI pup in training to watch her grow as we raised her. As she got older, we spaced out the photos a bit when she wasnt changing as much. Thank you to my co-raisers Kathy Ulm and Gloria Merk who agreed to participate in this little project, I couldnt have done it without them. It sure is fun to recall her habit on sitting on her tail as a baby and it would wag in front of her (I had totally forgotten about that!), trying to get her to do the sideways head tilt for the photos, watching her loose her teeth in a few shots, going through the lanky/awkward teenage stage when she went bald and we wondered if she would have short hair like a lab rather than a golden retriever, and finally turning into the beautiful fluffy pup who was ready for Advanced Training. After turn-in, we were proud when she was selected as a Breeder. Shes had two litters so far, three more to go. We love you Patty-cakes!
