Well what can I say about yesterday. Woke up at 6am and actually forgot that it was my Birthday until my lovely Linda reminded me lol. By 6.30 I was at Krispy Kreme UK hermiston gait picking up over 700 donuts for the station open day by 7.20 was back at the station setting up for the day which I was also on shift all day as well. The open day was starting at 11am by 10.30 there was still no burger van arrived. The stress was unbelievable an army cant march on an empty stomach. through some frantic phone calls later, it arrived. put my hands up to that one a bit of a miscommunication. End result it was a fantastic day. Ended by coming home to my cards and presents and take away wine and beer. Fell asleep at 9pm surrounded by my dogs on the couch. A great birthday. Thank you to all my family & friends who wished me a happy birthday. Roll on next year.
