Well winter is finally here! So that means now is the time our program gets to reflect back on the year and all the accomplishments that have been made and areas of growth that we can see to help make the things we do even better! During this month of Thanksgiving we would like to say thank you to all of our loyal volunteers and supporters of our program! Without you this couldnt be possible! Secondly thank you to our students and families- you are the inspiration behind the program, and we are so blessed to have such hard workers! :) Thank you! With this note we would like to put a call out to volunteers/supporters, our families and students- each month we get together with our board of directors to discuss the business side of the program. As there are only 5 board members, and with the amount of growth we have had in the past few years, we are looking for fresh ideas and knowledge to continue our forward momentum! And so we would like to add a few more members to our board to help us with that. We meet monthly for a few hours in the evening; topics usually on discussion are financials, horses in class & their health, areas of work or needs of growth, whats going well and how we can improve..
