Well worked out this morning and I Weighed-in and I didnt loose or gain weight I stayed the same but I did loose a couples ozs of fat. I will take that as a gift considering how was eating the past week. I thought for sure I gained some weight but I didnt. Now Im serious bc I am thinking bout doing the 60 day challenge at Nulife Fitness in April. That would be challenge for me. Hmm mm mm mm thinking bout it!
