Went to Ashburton today with my Bestie Friend Rose and my Nahz to meet the new suppliers for my future project whoo whoo - 6 months of designing ,trialing ,working on numerous patterns ,has finally come to a Launch Date - Searching the World for a specific wool type to work with my new craft project ,unbeknown to me the wool for my project is supplied and made in a factory in Ashburton- Today i am one step closer to launching my Craft Project ,A Design Mark filed and Trade Mark Filed - Launch is happening next week Blankee Knitting Machine and Blankee Knitting Needles Launch Although i should say a join project with Nirico Mambo i apologise - @nirico designed my frame and has supported me through this venture Mark the Designer who created this piece of Craft so lucky to meet such a talented craftsmen- Thanks to Rose for taking me to pick up my first lot of rooving wool to sample a rug for the launch - And of course my Nahz for supporting my venture Just to mention my journey to this venture started last year when my Mum got real sick ,picked up some wool to knit up a lot of scarves for her favourite elderly group , after knitting for nearly 6 months , i decided to knit a few shrugs for Nahz out of make shift needles so the story begins - Blankee Knitting Machine - My background for Crafts - My Mum tells me from Intermediate i was knitting my own cardigans and jerseys even tho they didnt look like the ones in the shop ,i knitted them carried through high school to knit and sew all my outfits . Hehe to turn back time the memories thanks Mum for sharing - Why did i leave my crafts behind - met the cool crowd ,everything was bought so there ya go - My Mum taught us to crochet ,knit,sew,cook and Siona and I carried on in our Later years so very chuffed that i have come back to the passion of craft Thanks Rose for a awesome day PS So PLEASE DREAM BIG IDEAS ARE REALITY - YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN ,MONEY MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND ,BUT YOUR DETERMINATION WILL GUIDE YOU TO THE VERY END OF YOUR DREAM IT MIGHT TAKE A 1,000 IDEAS BUT REMEMBER IT ONLY TAKES ONE TO MAKE YOUR FUTURE ENRICHED !!!
