Went to ISKL and met Elis teacher today. Shes from the States! Massachusetts ! Been here in Malaysia about 10 years now. Theres about 21 kids in his class , with 11 boys so thats good for Eli! Everyone was so nice. School is big and very nice, well organized today. Got his bus schedule , they pick up and drop off right here where we live so we are happy about that. He will have to be down there at 6:45 , so we will have to get on school schedules fast! They have a block schedule here so thats something we will have to get use too. The cafeteria is called a canteen. He has a reusable swipe card with money on it he will use for his food. School supplies are already in classroom for them to use He will have to remember to walk on the left side of the hallway. Several stairs to go up to his classroom. I know hes gonna do great!! Hes really quiet in the beginning with people but I know before too long he will be meeting new friends and talking away! He is ready and feels sure about everything. And the faculty and staff will help him with the rest. I cant imagine what he may be feeling on the inside. I know its a big adjustment. So say a little prayer for Eli as he embarks on his new adventure as a 4th grader at ISKL!!!!!
