Went to Lowes in Binghamton NY today arriving about 3:30 pm. Our car thermometer said 84 deg. This dog was left in this car and was barking and panting when we pulled up. Lowes personnel were apologetic but WOULD NOT make an announcement for the owner to return to their car. We were invited to step outside and call the police ourselves. They would not. Bill went outside to wait by the car but the owner had returned and left. Lucky for them. Hard to say who was bigger asshat. Owner or Lowes mgmt. Last week another Lowes made an announcement that someone had left their car lights on. So its okay that a battery is saved, but not a dog?
