Went to Spectrum Health Downtown today at 8am to find out central scheduling cancelled my appointment for my EEG brain test. Cute. If they want a Holiday off to spend with your family,. I sooooo understand. AND I appreciate getting in in a month instead of 3 months. HOWEVER, call me. Reschedule. On a bright note,. .They understood the severity of my symptoms and that I can not dive myself. Not to mention ended up having my mom risk getting ill by watching one of my 2 sick kids. They ended up bringing me up to the actual inpatient rooms, and I got my test there on the ward for the brain damaged folks. Test its self was easy. Thank God my vertigo wasnt bad today, The strobe lights would have made me barf. Instead, I only have a migraine starting and some raw patches on my face and bald head. lol THAT I can cope with. Oh,. (hehe) I also got to nap. It was actually a part of the test! Yea,. a quiet room, a clean bed. No distractions. It was a mini vacation! They warned me that I would NOT be admitted however,.. and I almost got escorted out by security for grabbing the nurses leg and begging to stay. lol jk
