Went to kidney specialist. She says I am the perfect storm for kidney disease. Overweight, diabetic high blood pressure and i take aleve 2 times a day. Did you know you are only supposed to take allege 2 or 3 times per month. I take twice a day for 5 years. Bad very bad. So now I have to try to maintain what kidney function I have left. I must be an idiot. I thought if your blood sugar was under control which mine is without insulin my kidneys were safe. Wrong. Hope this helps someone else save their kidneys. Went to doctor got a prescription for pain that is non narcotic and wont damage kidneys. You would think doctors would say something about allege. Anyway I have 30 percent kidney function left. Dialysis happens around 12 percent. Oh happy day.
