Went to local vet twice yesterday as have recurring diarrhoea with bit of blood and mucous and had to get my blood taken, they called to say the vet had knocked over the samples so had to go back in again. Hated it the first time and hated it the second time and what a mess , blood everywhere! But I still went and gave kisses to the woman who held my paw tight when vet was getting blood. Sam not sure if she trusts these vets, they dont seem to take any notes about the patient or have nothing to refer to from previous times,. Vet asked if I had lost weight and Sam doesnt think so but they didnt weigh me and if had records they would have my weight. Also gave stool sample. But because they dont have inhouse lab we wont get results til end of next week! and meanwhile I am fasting for 36 hours! Sam wonders if she should just go to another vet this evening and get bloods tested and results straight away, I think we should wait as she is panicking and it wont change the result, poor Sam. I am in great form, eating, playing, gums a little pale and mad for walkies so hope all good.
