Went to see one of my heart docs today. Got the green light to drive later this week and continue to expand my activities. Have lost 23 pounds from my December high and continue to lose each day. Slowly gaining my stamina and havent attempted no lifts. Still having problems with my left hand with the bottom 3 fingers still not working. Hopefully as the nerves heal in my chest, I will get the feeling back in my hand. Special thanks to my lovely wife Patti for all she has done keeping me in line and taking care of me. We are definitely making some changes to our habits. I want to thank all of you for all the prayers and kind words. Life is good....
