Went to the retinal center first thing this morning. Doc scolded us for not coming in sooner, had all the records from St Clair (like I said all roads lead to Rome). Dilated, Anesthesized w/drops, sterilized w/swabs, anethesized by injection, then gave injection in Moms left eye. Moms eye was still dilated tonite and she said she could see better this afternoon (may just be the dilation). Need 3 injections 4 weeks apart, and may not improve the situation, but will help stay it. Doc was also upset at the condition of Moms right eye and e-mailed Tuesdays doc regarding treatment for that. I called Tuesdays doc, and receptionist said shed call us to set up an appt after she gets the e-mail. So we see the Retinal again next Thursday for follow-up (pressure check), then again in 4 weeks for another injection. They didnt ask for $$. Hopefully thats a good sign (?).
