Were doing something really special and we want YOU to be part of it! Lets make it amazing! SAVE THE DATE AND SPREAD THE WORD! To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the World Partnership Walk, the Toronto team is doing something fun and exciting! Were creating a celebratory promo dance video, that is fun and easy to be a part of -- no dance skills necessary! Were meeting as a large group at a predetermined location (Toronto landmark) to take a couple of video clips of our volunteers, ambassadors, and other supporters doing a group dance. The clips will then be compiled with clips from 9 other Walk cities across the country and abroad (shots from the field) to create a fun promo video for the Walk! We want to celebrate what the Walk has accomplished, and reinforce that we all have one common language through dance. Heres what you need to know: When? Sunday March 30th, 2014 - 1-3pm What? Watch the attached tutorial video (see below), and learn the dance move (super easy!). Join us with your friends, colleagues, community members and fellow Walkers to do do the dance as a group! Why? To promote awareness about the Walk and international development, celebrate our 30-year anniversary, and demonstrate the power of people coming together for a terrific cause! Where? Location TBD. It will be in front of a recognizable Toronto landmark. Who? You, your colleagues, your family, and your friends -- the more, the merrier!
